Joshua Copeland

Josh is a native of Fairborn, OH and received a scholarship to play college football for the University at Buffalo. After graduation he moved back home and had a hard time finding his way. He struggled with depression, anxiety, and alcohol abuse trying to cope with transitioning to life after sports. He started his company Learning 2 Cope, LLC in 2017 and has since impacted thousands of lives across the country with his message.

Paul Kolodzik, MD, FACEP, FASAM, MBA

Medical Director, weight loss

Dr. Kolodzik graduated from the University of Notre Dame, and attended the Wright State University School of Medicine. He then completed the WSU Integrated Residency in Emergency Medicine in 1987, serving as chief resident in his final year. He finished a Fellowship at the Miami Valley hospital in 1988, and received an MBA from the University of Dallas in 1996. He has served as clinical faculty at the Ohio State University School of Medicine and has been an Assistant Clinical Professor at Wright State University since 1989. He is Board Certified by The American College of Emergency Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Dr Kolodzik served as Medical Director of Integrated Wellness Solutions, a national provider of employee wellness programs, between 2010 and 2016. Dr. Kolodzik is also Board Certified in Addiction Medicine. For the past five years, in addition to helping patients succeed at losing weight and reverse chronic disease, he has treated patients with drug, alcohol, and food addiction conditions.

Dr. Kolodzik has had a passion for health and wellness for over 30 years. This was manifested initially as participation in athletics, and subsequently by pursuing personal fitness with a focus on diet and exercise. He believes that for most people a regimen of limiting carbohydrate intake and frequent physical activity are the keys to weight loss, wellness, and disease avoidance. He practices the lifestyle he prescribes for his patients.

Michelle Daniel

Michelle is the Owner of The Lifestyle Technique. A business that takes a Holistic approach towards improving one's overall health with each client. She is a former Level I trauma nurse and OR nurse and stepped away to pursue her passion of Holistic Health. She became a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and studied Holistic Health & Integrative Nutrition through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She specializes in improving gut health, decreasing inflammation, and hormone balancing through genetic testing, detox programs, and personalized supplementation. Michelle also pursued her love of yoga and became a 500 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Farm in Ithaca, New York. She leads local yoga retreats and yoga workshops in her Community. Michelle loves camping, yoga, hiking, running, cycling, and fitness. She is an active wife & mother of 3 children, ages 8-16
